Here's a brief teaser for season 3, where I open with a 3-part series on the fascinating 1919 Black Sox scandal and the endless myths that surround the event. I also describe a review contest and some of the prizes I'll be giving away.

My love of baseball was passed on to me from my Dad. This was the only thing we shared. As the oldest and only boy of four kids, I longed for his attention, but he only showed it with baseball. From taking me to my 1st game as a 4 yr old in 1953 at Cleveland Municipal Stadium, to playing running bases with the kids in the neighborhood and to promise me a new glove if I got a hit in the playoffs as a 10 yr old, baseball was the only thread we had.
